History
The Neptune group of companies, consisting of Neptune Properties Inc., Neptune Management Ltd., and the Neptune Capital Limited Partnership, is a family-owned, Winnipeg-based asset management firm that owns commercial investment real estate across Canada. Our targeted real estate investment activities started in the mid 1990s when we began investing in properties to capitalize on our principal's experience in the construction industry. In 2002 we formalised our new vision to focus on and grow our real estate holdings; since that time our portfolio of wholly-owned assets has more than quadrupled. From the beginning we have concentrated on the asset and money management aspect of commercial real estate by working closely with third party leasing agents, investment advisors, and property managers; we are owners, not brokers.

Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with tenants, leasing agents, property managers, and real estate brokers.
- Uphold the reputation that we have developed over the years for professionalism and integrity.
- Work to be our tenants' real estate supplier of choice and develop "Tenants for Life" by recognising that our tenants are our customers. This commitment means that if a tenant's space no longer suits their needs we will work with them to ensure that they get space that suits their needs. Finding this space may involve changes to their current space, relocation within their current facility, development of a build-to-suit property, or the acquisition of another property that meets their needs.
Pride
- Work closely with our property managers to maintain or enhance our properties in a manner that reflects our pride of ownership.
- Support our tenants so that as their real estate supplier we help facilitate their success; success that we will be proud to be part of.
Growth
- Acquire at least one retail, office, or industrial asset of quality in Western Canada per year valued at greater than two million dollars.
- Purchase and manage properties with a strategy of commitment to tenants and long-term investment horizons.
- Enhance our relationships with service professionals. We have an open door policy for considering new investment opportunities and service platforms; if you believe that your business or service can add value to our existing portfolio, we would welcome the opportunity to meet you. The rapid growth of our asset base is a testament to the relationships we have established with professional service providers.
- Improve our own skill set through professional development and active attendance and participation in industry-related seminars and forums.
