We, at Neptune Properties, are continually monitoring the ever-changing COVID-19 developments and its effects on the health and safety of our tenants, employees, and community. When in the office we are required to wear a face covering upon entering the building until we get to our designated seating area, which follows physical distancing protocols. Our team is safe, healthy, fully-operational and able to meet the needs of our tenants and business partners. We continue to follow protocols as guided by our Health and Government authorities in a continued effort to work together to help flatten the curve.

We operate under the family values that were used to create our company and can appreciate the emotions being experienced during this time and the feeling of helplessness brought about by an economy that has dramatically and rapidly changed. What we’re experiencing now is uncharted territory, but when we have passed through these challenging times we’ll be able to say that we worked hard to appropriately support our tenants while still fulfilling our obligations to employees, service providers, governments, and lenders. We are here, continuing to support our tenants, business partners, friends, family and community during these difficult times and we will get through this together.
